10-03-2007 - Ranch Life 102 Testimonials

July 20-22, 2007

· "Bring a bunch of humans and horses together-from all over- and you have, at the very least-and opportunity for an interesting experience.

The addition of an organized institution, creating a series of life inspiring "lessons" creates an immediate opportunity for individuals to bond and learn together.

"Cowgirl U" is just such an experience-20-30- western gals make for a lively time. Considering the experience of bringing all this to the incredible Varian Ranch is almost too much to describe. Consider-a well thought out Program, considerate and highly motivated Staff, almost mystical Ranch owners-and great horses-and one has the makings for a memory-making time.

And that's what it is. Two and ½ days of fun and horses and a lifetime of memories. Would we do it again? Name the date.

Any problems-we just ran out of daylight. But not to worry-the next Cowgirl U is coming…"

· "Ranch Life 102 was a wonderful experience for me. From improving my roping skills to galloping across an old runway, having fun was included in every event. I met new people, made new friends and had the best dessert of my life! I also got to see a demonstration by Sheila Varian on Vaquero Style Horsemanship. Being able to attend this event was a blessing and I hope to be able to come back again soon!

· "This is no Dude Ranch. The Varian Family are true to the bone ranchers and great stewards of the land. They are all so willing to share their knowledge and their home. The V6 Ranch is beautiful and definitely takes you away. Cowgirl U Ranch Life 102 at the V6 was an absolute wonderful experience."

· "Cowgirl U!! Thank you so much for such an awesome event. What a wonderful family the Varian's are, they made me feel so welcome-I can hardly wait to go back again. The hands on training was priceless and the Cowgirl U women are so much fun, I feel like I have a new extended family.

Much Love!

· "The cowgirl event in Parkfield, CA was incredible. I never imagined that I could have such a good time. The people were amazing, I met the most incredible people there. The clinics were so good. The ranch is so beautiful and peaceful. I felt so in touch with nature and with the horses. I will try to go to every 102 that I can."

· "Cowgirl U is a life-change experience. If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to move cattle, rope, and get a taste of the life you've only read about: Come! It not only challenges you-it brings you back to what's important! This New York girl found another side of herself!

· "I have lived in Calif all my life and I did not know that this place was here. What beautiful country! What an incredible, special family! It is hard to believe you can have so much fun and learn so much at the same time.

Thank you so much,

· "What an amazing weekend! I loved the hands-on activities from knot tying to the "Hot Heels" calf roping. The itinerary lives up to the Ranch Life 102 title.

The roping was one of my favorite activities, especially since it was my first experience roping. Regrettably, I had to leave early, but you can bet that I will be back to pick-up where I left off.

The Varian family made me feel at home. Thank-you! I love interacting with Hall of Fame Honorees. Brittany, Chad and DJ you are awesome!

Thanks for a great experience."
